Real Life Israel is designed for those individuals interested in exploring what living in Israel is truly like. As such RLI is the ultimate program for anyone considering living in Israel or who simply wants the most true-to-life Israel immersion experience that exists. The goal of Real Life Israel is to provide participants the knowledge, skills and societal immersion necessary to feel confident, comfortable and happy living a full and well-rounded life in Israel. RLI is built upon three key pillars of happiness and success in Israel. They are:

As a result of the program, participants will have gained tremendous insight, skills and knowledge about Israel, Israeli society in all its many facets and about themselves and their relationship with the Jewish State. Those that opt to stay and live in Israel will be on the fast-track to a successful and meaningful life in Israel. Participants who plan on returning to their former residences will benefit from the deep personal growth associated with a powerful immersion program as well as an augmented professional resume.

  • Orientation to Real Life in Israel - Welcome to Israel and your life.  
  • Business & Working in Israel Symposium - A three-day symposium dedicated to helping you envision your successful professional life in Israel. Participants will meet with top-level executives, visit the headquarters of major Israeli firms and organizations as well as meet with venture capitalists, investment bankers, economists and government officials. We'll visit hi-tech parks as well as areas of traditional industry, learn from highly successful sabra and immigrant professionals and gain insight to starting and running your own business or organization in Israel, and much more.
  • The Army Seminar - Learn about the army, its structure, history and its role in society; meet with top officers in Israel's officer training bases, hang out with today's elite fighting units, see the fighter airbases that keep Israel's enemies deterred.
  • Politics & Society Summit - Politics plays an inordinate role in Israel. During this seminar, participants will learn from primary sources during meetings with top leaders, Members of Knesset and government functunaries. We'll explore how governance is manifest by seeing first hand how Knesset decisions affects society and the daily lifes of all Israelis whether they be Jews, Arabs or Druze, religious or secular, city-dwellers, kibbutzniks or settlers, rich or poor.

In addition, ongoing informal workshops will be held on a regular basis throughout the program and will include meetings with top members of Israeli academia, philosophers, rabbis, spritual guides and community leaders.
